Reaching for new heights!

I have decided to start using myfitnesspal, mainly, to track my food. I have acheived many goals without the assistance of tracking tools (I have a two year old and am in better shape than before my pregnancy), but want to acheive my final goal of 130 lbs with long, lean muscle.
I already consider myself a healthy, fit woman but feel that I must be missing the boat with my food choices because I know my exercise is on point. I currently fluctuate between 135-138lbs at 5'6". On any given week, I typically run (3-3.5 miles), spin (often 2x per week), and do the elliptical, and for strength; TRX, Pure Barre and some weeks add in a series of strength with plyo's. My goal each week is 2-3 days strength training, 3-4 days cardio.
I am an indoor cycling instructor (trained through Schwinn in 2004) and consider myself a flexatarian who leans toward a whole foods diet (still eat some processed foods but keep them to a minimum). I have been thinking that maybe I am not eating enough and that I may have been trickking my body into holding onto fat. Based on my calorie intake guidelines that I now have thru myfitnesspal, it seems I can eat more than I have been. I also have been taking in too much sugar mainly through fruit. This is a wake up call, and a good one, so I am replacing my fruit salad with veggie snacks!
I am here to make small changes to my lifestyle to hopefully feel big changes in my body. I know I look healthy and fit, but I know I can do even better!!
