Emotional Weight Gain and Loss

Looking at past weight history (3 year span) really makes me realize how my weight gains, and loses with my emotional state. Anyone else have this problem? How do you work towards, treating yourself better ALL the time instead of just some of it?

    Emotional and psychological weight gains and losses are big problem for a lot of people here. I don't know what the solution is - it's easy to say to just exercise and eat right no matter what you're feeling, but when you're in the midst of it sometimes the advice is hard to put into action.

    I'd love to see what other people have done to stay consistent.
