    peanut butter cocoa yogurt stevia smoothie with or without protein powder. Fast

    oops just a caution: better have a tough blender for some mixes.

    Don't they use it to feed the population? And doesn't it have all natural ingredients? At least the green version.

    1 frozen banana
    2 tbs of greek yogurt
    6oz of almond milk
    4 ice cubes
    2 tbs of peanut butter
    1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

    Blend....enjoy.

    I am a road warrior so meals on the go are the norm for me.

    I switch between Shakeology and Vega One.

    I love Shakeology Vanilla and Vega One Chocolate.

    Sometimes I'm lucky and can find a juice bar where I can get yummy vegetable juice

    The negatives were largely about the concept. Yeah, if you want solid food and to use silverware, you may not want to go with drinkable meals in the first place.
