Manually Entering In HRM Exercise

Hi All!!
I know you can "add exercise to database" BUT...
I got an HRM for my birthday and I do a lot of the same exercises..but that doesn't mean my calorie count will be the same.
My question..is there a way to just put in the exercise and enter calories without having to create a new exercise every time I work a little harder/burn more calories in the same amount of time at the same exercise??
Any help appreciated.

When you have an exercise in the your exercise database you can adjust the length and calories.0

As doo1963 said, if you enter it once, it will be in your exercises at that time and calorie burn. The next time you do that exercise, out in the time and it will calculate the calories at the same ratio. If it is not quite right, you can click on the calories and manually change it to match the HRM readout. I do this every day with my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout. Same title, but slight variation in burn.0
