It is not hard to lose weight, it is hard to stick to losing weight.
EVERYTHING is about the choices i make each day, all day, every day.

I personally have learned to log EVERY bite, and weigh everything carefully. Otherwise I'm just wasting my time :drinker:

Oh and help others whenever possible.

I feel so much better physically and mentally now. Physically, both in the sense of my fitness level as well as my health. Eating crap all the time always made my stomach hurt.

I'm afraid letting myself go so bad early on screwed me over now in terms of stretch marks and loose skin. I wish I could tell my younger self about that.

I could go back even just 5 months and tell myself that exercising may be a pain sometimes, but it ultimately makes me feel SO much better and accomplished and it's totally worth it.

And "it gets easier". Starting out is hard, but once it becomes habit, it gets easier to make better choices. And it's SO rewarding. I wish I had started earlier.
