what will casual bike riding do to my whole body? especially thighs
I want to start bike riding and I'll be riding to the store, friends house, school, or just around. I want slimmer thighs I've always had them pretty big and I want to know if bike riding will help in achieving them. I know diet also helps I got that covered. Will casual bike riding for about 45 min at the lowest gear help attain slimmer thighs and lose inches? I just want to be able to fit in my skinny jeans because I tend to put on muscle quick.

If you're eating at a deficit you will not put on appreciable muscle mass. There may be water retention when you first start as the muscles adapt to activity ... but you will not put on permanent mass at a deficit.
