Hey everyone, I've been finding that the more I focus on changing my life to an active one I'm also finding that I have more then enough time to do things. Between bike rides, walking my dog and getting things in around the house I still find I'm laying around watching tv more then I would like. I'm just wondering that are some things that you guys do to stay active. I'm not looking to beat myself up in the gym, I've been there done that, I'm just looking to get as heathy as I can as I get ready for basic training and I feel like I'm wasting time sitting around.

I have yoga mat and a set of dumbells in the corner of the living room and while I watch TV I do random bursts of workouts, planks, dumbell stuff, squats, crunches etc.0

In between work, working out, eating, and sleeping. My house is way down the list of priorities.0
