Where to begin?

So Im just trying to figure out where to begin with all of this working out, dieting, appetite suppressant, and everything.
My meals usually go breakfast bar and 1 cup of milk in the morning, tuna sandwich- ham sandwhich (on wheat with mayo made with olive oil)- tuna and ritz crackers, always like a chip and cheese as side (Chips are usually the new Veggie Straw chips and the pops! chips and the cheese is either pepperjack stick or light cheese circle things) and then dinner is either chicken or turkey with a side. (sweet potato fries, brown rice, refried beans made with olive oil, or a veggie). Dessert is either a blue berry bagel with blueberry cream cheese or a yogurt. For a snack I try to mostly try to do the Pop chips or Sunflower seeds.
For workouts I go to our YMCA and do classes Monday and Friday. Mostly Body Combat for 45-50 minutes. On Tuesday and Thursday I do treadmill for 35 minutes and then either legs or arm and abs both days for at least 20 minutes. Wednesdays and Saturdays I want to start doing Jillian Michaels Hard Body or some other type of at home DVD for 40-50 minutes. And Sunday will be my rest day.
My question is this. I am a pretty lazy person. I have been doing this for the past two weeks but havent gotten to the point of what I want which is the above work out set ups. First week I worked out 4 days for 50 minutes each time, then the second week I worked out 5 days for 40-50 minutes. However, I had a seriously hard time not drinking beer, or wine. And I had a hard time not over eating or going out to eat.
I am thinking about taking Ace because I have heard such wonderful things about how much it helps with bored eating and with energy, which I really need! I know it is not a quick fix but I need something to help with my bored eating.
So my question is this. Im 20 years old, 314 lbs. Im trying to figure out if I have the right idea. Or any tips and advice that is going to help get to 190 lbs before May of Next year or as close as I can get! I just need some motivation. Any pictures of someone and their success story is so welcome!
How do you guys stay motivated to get things done and stay going to the gym and being healthy?
What about days whenever you are out and about, do you go out to eat or not eat until you come home?
Thanks!

I don't think you need the appetite suppressant. You can drink wine. Good luck
Oh and I like BodyCombat! Add me if you want a Les Mills friend. Can also read the Success Stories forum for motivation. There are lots!0 -
I think I want to try it because I have heard so many good things about the energy it gives you, and I think I am going to replace my lunch with a replacement shake, because I eat so many carbs during lunch!0

Accountability doesn't come in the form of appetite suppressants or shakes. You have to learn to manage your calories properly and find other ways to deal with boredom and lack of energy.
As for carbs, why do you feel the amount of carbs is the problem? Are you accurately tracking your carbs along with the other nutrients or taking a wild guess? Overeating food, not just carbs, is the reason for weight gain.
If you take the time to read the link posted and incorporate those techniques into your life then you will avoid pitfalls and save yourself a lot of time.0 -

What happens when you stop both items, you go back to previous habits and gain back. That'll help, ja?0 -
you could replace your extra carbs such as chips and crackers with sliced veggies, fruits, yogurt or a side salad. ive tried it all and im still working on it...but pills dont last and many dont work. good luck!0

It helps me to be accountable for everything I eat. I used to not right down everything, who would know, right? Well, the only person I was hurting was myself. I log everything, even if it's just a taste because it all adds up. Hope this helps.0
