Pinched nerve in back

hurts so bad!!!!! my right hip is throbbing and the pain is shooting down my right leg. should i take the day off from working out? sigh.

    Yeah, you should. It sucks, but it's impossible to work out like that. I've tried. For me, the only things that can get rid of the pain are cracking my lower back (takes some practice but once you can do it, it solves the problem) and rolling around on a balance ball for a while. You probably should see someone, though, if possible. I'm no professional.

    do some yoga or some easy stretching or something that can actually help a little. (I have 2 slipped discs so know where you're coming from!) One day won't make or break your progress (I take that back... it could ruin your progress, should you injure yourself more...). It's OK to take a day off.
