Wassup everyone.Im from Italy and im turning 30 this year. Working 8hours a day and 6 days a week. My work consist of lots of walking in the morning/first half of the day and office works in the afternoon. In my highschool days i always weighed around 53-55kgs and i can tell that i do a lot of sports specially basketball and volleyball. When i started and entered college i gained 10kgs coz i dont do lots of sports anymore. its like already 12years that my weight is fixed at around 65-68kgs. i eat regularly and enough so i think my diet is on the right way. the thing that i noticed since my childhood years was i was always a skinny/slim guy, so i suppose that i have a high metabolism, in the case that even without doing sport or cardio exercises,i still burn all the calories etc that i have.
i would like to ask you guys an advice if i need to change my eating habit or need more exercise or do i need to take some food supplements to gain weight.

Well gaining weight surely isnt your only goal, it fairly easy to pile on the fat unless you have an ED, what is your height, BF% ? That is relevant when it comes to working out where you should be. If you want to gain muscle then you are going to have to look at diet and exercise.0
