Hi,

I am doing weight lifting 30 min. three times a week and cardio three times a week from home. I have thyroid disease (hypo) and asthma. I am eating as healthy as I can for a junk/fast food addict. I really like the Eat to Live diet plan and am incorporating more veggies, beans and fruit into my diet. I really like Amy's frozen meals for the quick and easy meals opposed to fast food resturant meals. I do eat out occasionally and try to pick the healthiest options when I am out. I added a whey protein shake yesterday and it make me sick. I am looking for a non whey or non soy protein shake that tastes good. Has anyone tried the Vega brands? I am looking forward to meeting others and exchanging ideas.
