MFP keeps lowering the calories

So after my workout each evening I sync my Fitbit One and my MFP app so I know how many calories I have left for the day so I know what I can eat for supper. I've recently noticed that while I record my log for the day say at 101 calories lever over on MFP the next moring when I wake up it will show a negative amount like -89 calories left. Why is this. I also noticed the calorie adjustment MFP does because my Fitbit One goes down as the night goes on too. Even though the amount of steps I take continues to increase until I am in bed for the night? Can someone please tell me what is going on?

MFP has a Fitbit Users group: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1307-fitbit-users
Set your activity level to sedentary: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided

Log non-step exercise (like swimming or spinning) in Fitbit—not MFP. Fitbit's burns are way more accurate than MFP's one-size-fits-all guesstimates.
Your Fitbit burn is your TDEE—way more accurate than any online calculator. If you eat less than your Fitbit burn, you will lose weight.0
