I just ordered Lindsay Brin's Postnatal Slimdown to work off some baby weight. Has anyone tried it before? What did you think? Thanks!!!

    Haven't had a need to try it, but since no one has responded yet I'll share a few words. At first I would have said don't waste your money, then I realized you had already made the purchase, so I googled it, and apparently it's not that expensive.

    If your goal is to create a calorie deficit then this video paired with consistent calorie logging should work just fine. The key is consistency, stay consistent with the video and stay consistent with your food intake.

    Also, consider strength training via barbell and compound movements if that is an available option or may become one. If that would line up with your fitness goals or interest you at all, google Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5.
