Thinking of Running for a month

Hi MFPs,

I have been lifting/cardio for a few years and I feel my fat loss has been hitting another plateau....I am thinking of switching to running for a month cutting back on lifting to get rid of a bit more the stubborn fat.

Would running 4-5 miles daily sacrafice my lean muscle mass? if so at what possible rate? or should I worry about it at all?
