I am starting work at a day camp on Monday. What are some good healthy snacks and lunches I can bring that will stay good on the go?
The snacks would also be more beneficial if I could avoid temptation from the camp snacks because I will be full!
Thanks for your help guys, and keep being awesome!

sardines or tuna and crackers
sandwiches are always great if you choose bread wisely
protein bars
any kind of fruit or veggies
nuts (careful not to overeat these, VERY easy to underestimate the calories in a handful of nuts)
thats all i got, my lunches are very boring. i stick to sandwiches usually0 -
sliced veggies and hummus
red grapes and a slice of cheese
hard boiled egg
apple and 12 almonds
fruit and yogurt
deli sliced turkey with crackers0 -
Protein Bars, fruit, nuts, rice cakes, certain granola bars, peanut butter, pretzels...those are the typical snacks I bring to work and they help me munch the day away while still maintaining a good amount of caloires, fat, protein, etc.0
