Early Birds! advice needed

So I'm definitely an early bird and have more motivation to work out at 5 am than i do at 5 pm. However, it's hard for me to get a quality workout in because i'm so sore and stiff and don't have time to get much of a warm-up in. Any suggestions that can help me get loose quickly so I don't have to wake up even earlier?? Thanks!

    Start with 5 minutes of yoga still in bed. You can do an AM Yoga routine for 5 minutes to get your body moving. Then get up and onto the exercise mat for another 5 to 10 minutes of yoga to get the blood flowing. If you are store and stiff, try taking magnesium at bedtime and increase your water during the day.

    Yoga helps, and I also like to get on an elliptical if I'm going to the gym first thing. The low impact helps quell the morning aches, and by the time I'm finished I feel ready for more!
