Fallen off the wagon, but still lost weight?

Hi,
I have really fallen off the wagon this week. I have not logged any food, because I have been too ashamed to log what I have been eating, and I have been feeling really bad about myself.
I weighed myself this morning (as I do every Wednesday morning), and I have lost 1lb still.
Can anyone explain, as I am confused!
I haven't changed the exercise I do, I walk my dog once a day for about an hour - I haven't done any more, or any less than normal.
Thanks in advance

The bodies can be strange things! One week you do everything right and gain, another week you do whatever and lose!0 -
Although people say I gained/ lost 1 or 2 pounds in a day, that is not how the body works. Extra calories do not magically appear as fat immediately. Although you didn't log you may not have eaten as badly as you thought you did or you may see a stall next week.0

I usually feel/look slimmest after a day of eating a lot of calories. I can't explain it, but it's true. My profile picture was taken at 8PM after eating a huge plate of Chinese food - that morning, I didn't even want to take pictures because I was feeling pretty blah about my body.0
