End of day three

I caught myself looking in the mirror and thinking that I see a difference already. That scared me, because I almost said I can eat something that I shouldn't. I have to get it together, a little water weight loss is not a mini goal.

    I just restarted after a few months off ( which where a HUGE mistake)...its my 3rd day as well! There were times I wanted to slack off already too, but I resisted & logged everything. I was with this earlier in the year, after about 8 months I lost about 40ish lbs ( I gained a bit back since I stopped recording on MFP for a few months). So it absolutely does work... record everything, exercise, & STAY FOCUSED...That is the key!!! Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey!!!:wink:

    I did the nsame as you and gained as well. I lost 46 and gained when I slacked up MFP. wont do that again, it was a mistake. Im back on track and losing, its been a week. Good Luck..:)
