Changing my calories setting

Hello, I am a old/new member. I joined many years ago but just now getting set back up on MFP. Is there a way to change the number of calories I am suppose to get each day in the settings? I have a lot to lose and it preset me at like over 3000 calories a day. I am trying to stay below 1500 a day. It would make tracking a lot easier if I could set it to 1500. Thanks and look forward to your responses.

home - goals - change goals (green button at the bottum) - the second option allows you to set your own numbers without MFP guidance or select the first one to input new data in the MFP calculator0

go to the HOME page, Then Goals. That is where you can change your calories. I had to go up to 1350 from 1200 calories.
Too hungry on 1200 per day.
Good luck!0
