Calorie help needed

So I went for a physical 2 weeks ago. I'm 25 y/o 5'5 and on the day of the physical was 155.4. My doctor said I should lose about another 5 pounds and then stop there. So I decided that once I get to 150, I'm going to start focusing less on losing pounds and concentrate more on weight training and inches. My question is, at that point, how should I do my calories. I always use the TDEE method to set my calories and I set it for fat loss-15% calorie reduction. When I get to 150 more goal will be more to gain muscle and lose fat. I'm not sure how to do my calories when I make this change.
Here's a link to the calculator I have been using, so you can see what I mean.
