I got quite a few messages asking what my music playlist is that I work out to. I keep changing the rotation all the time, but this is a current 15 song one I use for some of my runs:

Awesome! I don't use music when I work out, but some great songs on there for driving around to :)

That;s interesting! Any reason in particular that you don't listen to music during exercise?

My track list is super long, but these are the some of the bands, for suggestion’s sake:
    Gallows
    Rancid
    Social Distortion
    Bad Religion
    Dropkick Murphys
    Lars Frederiksen and the *kitten*
    Murder by Death
    Misfits
    The Descendents
    The Living End
    Offspring
    Nirvana
    Pennywise
Also, some local punk bands added into the mix.

Can you tell I was a 90’s punk rock kid?

I always end up listening to classical music on Pandora. It completely clears my head so all I'm thinking about is what I'm doing. It's so peaceful and I'm in the zone. Love it.

I'd get too peaceful if I did that! It's so awesome and interesting that everyone find their own motivation through different outlets.

You should try it sometime when you're running :) at first I listened to other things..more like your list. Then I started listening to things from my marching band and wind ensemble days and it has gradually transformed to pieces featuring piano and trumpet..which are my instruments.
