Salad dressing tip if you love vinegar

I have been enjoying big salads with some protein mixed in.
They keep me full and I have always loved salad anyway.
If you really enjoy vinegar like I do here is a tip.
I don't like putting the dressing on the night before when I
prepare the salad because everything gets soggy.
I use an old small plastic spice container and measure out
1 serving of my favorite Italian type dressing and pour in
a bunch of vinager. Shake and apply to salad right before
you eat it. Check out my diary for salad ideas.
Anyone have any good salad dressing recipes?

I usually make all my own dressings, aside from the odd time that I may eat a Caesar salad! It's pretty basic but this is what I use:

Vinegar (balsamic, red wine, apple cidar)
    Oil (usually EVOO)
S&P (I use sea salt only)
Honey mustard (this adds a little sweet and helps emulsify the dressing)

Thanks for the tip I will give that a try.
My wife is a fantastic cook and we have a loaded spice cabinet
so I'm sure there is a sea salt grinder in there
I try to alternate salad and other stuff for lunch
so I don't get burnt out on the salad.
