How to Post exercise when doing P90x and Insanity

I'm getting back in the grind. Had been doing P90x and got bored, so now trying a Hybrid. I'm just curious as to how I should split, or if I should split my hours/calories burned between the strength and cardio section, or not? Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Ok, I'm not sure I totally understand what you're asking... but I'm going to take a shot.
    Are you asking about how to create a hybrid schedule? Or how to track your activity when you log into this site?

    If you are trying to determin how to create a schedule, there are some websites that have already done a lot of that work for you. I'd be happy to recommmend a few :)
    If you're trying to decide how to track your activity you could do a few things:
    1. Use a heartrate monitor to determine how many cals you burned and just plug that number in
    2. Search for exercises that typically match what you did in each workout and plug them in seperately. For P90X most people typically burn about 400 cals/workout. Depending on your cardio, you can probably get a close estimate with a little searching/effort.
