Need to know calories for aqua aerobics!

I go to the Easter Seals warm therapy pool, and attend the stretching aerobics and weight loss aerobics classes - 1 hour each. But I don't know how to log those clasees, or how many calories each one burns. They aren't listed in the data base, and I don't know how to count them! Anyone know?
