....you saved calories over the day and added another 20 minutes cardio to your workout because you plan to have dinner with a friend, in a pub with AWESOME burgers, and then she cancels. :sad:
So, what do I make for dinner with those 900kcal? Guess I start by getting a nice bottle of wine. Life is tough.

Anyone else had that "problem"? :wink:
