Sunburn - OUCH

Hey guys.

Monday was a beach day for me, and like every other beach visit in my life, I came home sunburned. It's across my shoulders, and so sensitive that the fabric of my shirt moving across it is incredibly painful.

Today was supposed to be an arm day at the gym, but trying to lift my arms above shoulder level seriously hurts. Do you guys know of any arm exercises that wouldn't irritate my shoulders, or do you think I should focus on other areas until the sunburn fades?

ETA: Also, the thought of wearing a sports bra right now makes me cringe. My bathing suit had straight straps that are almost even with where regular bra straps go, but when they shift even a little, it sucks. But I AM going to the gym tonight. I refuse to skip as I didn't go this weekend.
