skinless boneless chicken breast you choice how many
1 slice of bacon for each breast
cream cheese
chives
1/2 inch thickness with mallet spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with chives fold over breast and with seam side down wrap with bacon place in shallow baking dish bake 400 degrees 40 mins last few min turn broiler on to brown bacon chicken breast

    This is one of our favorite meals but I use turkey bacon and do not use cream cheese or chives.

    Less fat and the turkey bacon gets very crisp in the oven.

    Ooh! this sounds good. I like to take chicken breasts, and make a pocket in the thickest part of the breast, then stuff it with steamed spinach, feta, sauteed onions (pin it closed with toothpicks), then wrap it in bacon.
