Balanced Meals

I need to get some more balanced meal ideas. For my metabolism type (fast oxidizer) I should be eating 30% carbohydrates, 40% protein and 30% fat.

I am not very good at pointing them together. I also have a very busy early morning, everyday. I start my day at 4am and can't eat till noon unless its very quick or something. Which I have been figuring out how to manage it. I eat breakfast by 4:30am and then at about 9 have my 2nd meal/snack.. and then around noon I have lunch.


Anyways, any meal plan ideas would rock. :P
