New to the site... ready to commit for change!

Hi, I started this site about a week ago and think (finally) I am ready for some real changes in my life. I am a 32 year old mother of 3 kids (ages 9, 11, 14) and have held the same extra 30 pounds since I delivered the last baby 9 years ago. I have gained and lost 10 pounds, but nothing permanent. For me, proper nutrition on the go has been difficult, but my main problem has come with not enough sleep. I work graveyard at my job and have not been able to force myself to sleep more than 3-4 hours a day. This has translated to low energy and poor eating habits for me. My goal has been to consistently get at least 6 hours of sleep on my working days, as well as adding in my exercise & eating routines! Going well so far!!
