strawberry rhubarb pie
frozen pie dough for 9 inch pie plate for top n bottom
3/4 cups of sugar
1/3 cup of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
2 1/2 cups of strawberries cut in half if small don't
2 1/2 cups of rhubarb cut in 1/2 inches pieces if fresh if frozen make choice
combine sugar flour salt strawberries and rhubarb mix well place filling in unbaked shell then cover with top shell crimp edges to seal bake 375 for 25 mins with foil wrapped around the edge of pie plate remove foil and bake for 25 -30 mins more or until brown

My favorite pie!!! I made a compote with rhubarb and strawberries last year and it was amazing! Basically just cooked down the fruit like you would making applesauce - didn't add any extra sugar at all. Made a great stir-in for my greek yogurt. Mmmmm0
