I take a Zumba class in the evenings, I try not to eat a meal (just fruit usually) before class. I don't typically get home until 7.30-8 at night, What can I eat that won't sabotage my diet. FYI, I am gluten sensitive.

    Banana, cheese, apple, carrots, protein bar, peanut butter, toast.... need more?

    I think that anything you like that fits in to your calorie count would be ok.

    Just look at what fits into your daily goals. Need some protein and fat? Nuts, eggs, lunch meat, cheese, etc. are good snacks.

    Need some carbs? Fruit, veggies, etc.
