Hey MFP,
Long story short, I used to be pretty fit, went to the gym, and what not. Then I got a job and haven't had time to make my own eat breakfast nor make my own lunch out of laziness and lack of time. I ballooned from 150 to 160 within 8 months and I feel disgusting. I had a gym membership that I signed up for in February of this year but havent been since and lost all motivation. Just this morning, my pants didnt fit, my shirts are all tight, and I looked down at my stomach and realized that it isnt, "tomorrow" that I will start, but TODAY. I just need some encouragement and people that will help me stick on the right track.

With only 10 lbs. to lose (Ballooning? Really?), set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient. Log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging is simple, but it ain't easy.0
