I kicked it!

I was stuck at losing and gaining the same lb for a while and felt like my body wasnt changing at all.
Not going to call it a 'platau' simply because i think it was more of a rut.
Then I reached the date for my goal after really killing it for a week or two before hand, and i didnt reach my goal weight :( it sucked a bit - but i went out and enjoyed myself. :tongue:
Since the day after my night out I've not really thought about food, but since that day ive lost 3 lbs!! and i feel leaner and didnt cringe at the photos from my night out!!
these little victories are keeping me going :)
I'm happy but worried about keeping it going down:grumble:
