May i ask what your eating program consist of and if you were on any protein shakes and energy
i am trying to loose 20lbs and i am having a hard time my program consist of
breakfast- herbal life protein shake
snack under 200 calories
lunch- light protein food
snack under 200 calories
dinner- herballife protein shake
exercise- 30 min to an hour 3x week
only lost 4lbs in 2 months
any help would be appreciated
