i may just be retarrded but how do i put in stregnth training for calories burned? I know how to put the stregnth training in underneathe the cardio section, but it doesnt calculate calories burned there fore idk how many extra calories i have to eat or if i went under or over calorie goal for the day. Does anyone know how? I though i saw it under one of my friends posts before of how many calories he burned in an hour of streggnth traing. Help pllease

The only way you can figure that out is with a Pedometer I think, this site doesn't workout strength calories for some reason ^_^0
