    Protein smoothie - one serving of plain greek yogurt, one banana, one scoop of chocolate protein powder and one serving of pb2. Depending on the size of the banana, that can clock in at 350 calories. If you use a little less yogurt, half a scoop of protein powder and half a banana, you can bring it down to 250 calories, which is about what you would get from a pre-sweetened, fruit already added yogurt off the shelf.

    IMO the full fat greek yogurt tastes a lot better than the 0%, so I actually buy both and mix them together half-and-half. Then I add fresh cut fruit, and sometimes a little honey or agaze.
