Stewed apples

Have been making this for a while. It's a nice sweet treat that tastes like dessert to me. Not sure of the exact calories in it (sorry) but I'm sure it's low cal.
5-6 chopped apples
1 tbsp honey
as much cinnamon as you want
3/4 cup water
boil with the lid on for half an hour, until the apples are well cooked. Check in between to make sure it is still moist and not dry. Eat it on its own or with oatmeal or yoghurt. This will give you many servings so don't eat it all in one go.
