Denise Austin's Daily Dozen DVD

I just bought this DVD and was just curious if anyone else is doing it. All I have been doing for the past 2 months is walk and I want to add it to my daily routine. I just don't want it to slow down my weightloss. Anyone had good results with it? Thanks in advance! :=)

    I don't have it, but Denise Austin has been around a long time, and I have never heard anything bad about her work, so I am sure it should be ok......

    Well in my opinion any new exercise routine will not slow down your weight loss. You have to change things up sometimes to keep from hitting a plateau. I have never used that series, but I have heard good things from a friend about it.
  • I have it and love it!!! It's easy to squeeze it in. For awhile I was doing my 30 minutes cardio in the a.m. (at the gym or walking) and then in the evening right when the kids went to bed and hubby was parked in front of ESPN I used my computer to do one of the daily dozen - it was working great. Hmmm....might be a great time to get back to it! Toning and working your muscles will only accelerate your progress and make you feel stronger and sleeker!
