I am sort of a sloth. I am pretty sure I will never get to 500 that would be over 3.5 times my body weight.

I enter beast mode, I lift, and then beast mode follows me around the rest of the day.

dead lifts are animal days- I am practically RUNNING into the gym to dead lift- I have such a stupid smile on my face and I practically skip to the bars.

No pumping necessary- self fuel injection all ready to go :) I LURV dead lifting :D

Probably because failing and bailing on a squat is much sketchier lol

Totally agree...look forward to deads, dread squats. I've actually started doing various other squats aside from back squats that aren't as scary and are more fun, like hack squats and sissy squats.

At home, put my favourite pump up music on, couple of slaps on the thighs to wake em up and then it is go time.

Comp, nose torque and a solid back slap does the job.

Nearly always have a natural pump and energy going on, it's hard not to when you love Deadlift day!!

Squats on the other hand I have to focus a bit more to get my head in it. Squats are hard, and no fun when you fail so you've got to try and really get those thoughts out and focus on how easy the weight is (even if it's not) that's what I have to do anyway.
