I'm going to talk to the doctors about it, but i also want some personal stories.
I am facing probably having a mastectomy, at least one side, possibly both/bilateral depending on all my test results. Anyone here had one and is now lifting? How long did it take for you to be able to start back? How long before you were back to "normal" lifting/no restrictions?
