So, a lot of us are trying to lose our physical weight, but what about mental?

Most people have some kind of emotional baggage, and that can really weigh on our health.

How do you like to detox your emotional and mental health to keep yourself all-around healthy?

    That is a great question.
    I am not sure if I have a great answer. I traditionally try to limit the drama and peaple that cause drama because it adds to my stress and emotional bagagge. I have worked through a lot my past issues with a therapist thanks to an ex-husband. My struggles continue in some way due to my necessary involvement with said ex-husband and our children.

    I would be very curious to others answers.
