Hi all,
I am new to My Fitness Pal. It was heartily recommended by a friend of mine who has used it for a little while. I may be new to MFP, but I am not new to slimming, since the start of the year I have lost 2st 11lb with Slimming World. Various changes in my home/work life hs meant that getting to a group is no longer possible and I am also at a stage were I feel like I was perhaps eating too much, the right stuff as far as SW is concerned, but my portions were getting bigger and bigger! I feel like perhaps I was starting to eat out of habit rather than hunger.
I really like the premise of MFP, it's certainly making me think before I eat and I love the interface and the Android App is most useful!
I hope to finish off my weight loss journey (only 17lb to go Woo!) and learn better habits with regards to what I eat and how much I eat.
