Anyone in the air force who can help?

I need to find out some information about the air force physical requirements. If any of you are in the military and can help, please let me know. Basically I need to know what sort of shape I need to be in before I even try to apply. What weight, height, etc requirements do I need to meet? I found a listing of their standards, but it basically just had some system of component points that I really didn't 'get.'

Right now I'm at approximately 240 lbs (though I may have gone up a touch because of graduation yesterday and the past weekends celebrations and 'letting loose'). My goal is 180, though 200 will be a big stopping point along the way. I just really want to talk to someone who can give me some advice about this. Thanks!
