Reverse dieting

I'm coming out of 12 weeks of show prep this Saturday and have no idea how to reverse diet back up. I've been carb cycling 65g on low days, and 165g on high days (2 a week) Anyone have any tips for me on how to add carbs, and fats back in?

    However, if you've been dieting by eating healthy foods like fish, vegetables, fruits, and light yogurts, you should really maintain your weight with simply increasing your portion sizes or adding an extra healthy snack here and there.

    Many people gain the weight back after dieting because they go back to their old eating habits. It's hard to stay under your recommended macros if you're eating junk food.
