51 and feeling very lucky

Well... I work at a computer all day, ride the train for 2 hours a day, and never seem to have time to get out and exercise. Luckily for me, even at 51, eating less and exercising more causes me to loose weight. So I am back to loosing weight again. I was up to 274 and have slowly worked my way down to 250 by watching my calories and getting exercise... by riding my bike to the train station and back for half the week.

So now I'm at the point where I am trying to keep my attention on loosing weight and not getting bored with it. I want to get down to 220, at which point I will consider what I want to do next.
