I am new to using this site and have already set up my weight loss ticker, but have noticed some posters have exercise tickers on their positngs. I found the website to create one but don't know how to put on my profile. Any help would be appreciated. I need to track all I can for motivation. Thanks!

    I figured it out! You add the same way you do the Weight Loss ticker. Go to Tickerfactory.com and make your ticker. Then copy and paste lke you did your Weight Loss one. Good luck.
