What is the difference between low impact aerobics and general aerobics? I have video tapes of Richard Simmons and want to know how to put these in my exercise tracker.

Low impact would mean no jumping, high steps, etc. (basically your feet don't leave the floor.)
Without a heart rate monitor, it's hard to get an accurate measure of actual calories burned.
When I was losing (maintenance now), I usually tried to only eat back 1/2 my exercise calories just in case the calorie burn figured by mfp was over what I actually burned.0
