Energy drinks

Hi, I'm currently eating about 700-800 calories under maintenance, with about 180-200+ grams of protein a day etc? I am very active! biking about 20 miles a day and going to the gym 3 days a week. I was wondering if it is ok that I drink an energy drink every day? I still don't eat too many carbs overall, and I am losing weight, so is this still an issue? I'm just wondering if this will affect my health in any way if I am still active and losing weight etc.

    Everyone has an opinion about energy drinks, but if they work in your diet they are fine in moderation. The only thing that will probably happen is that your appetite will be further suppressed and you may find yourself losing more weight. I enjoy the carb-free rockstar punch!
