Maybe you could look it up0 -
I once used a recipe that was great. Unfortunately I don't have it with me. It was for using instant cream of wheat packets for muffins. You added fruit and egg and not a whole lot else and they were wonderful. They also worked with instant oatmeal. Perhaps the recipe is available online?0

I think I found it! This looks very similar to the recipe I used. If you don't want or like bananas, you can substitute 1/2 cup of applesauce or some other fruit puree for the banana, and can even use a flavored yogurt (though that might make it a bit too sweet, unless you are using unsweetened applesauce).
Banana Cream of Wheat Muffins
• 1 banana, mashed
• 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
• 3/4 cup cream of wheat or ¾ cup oatmeal
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
1. In a mixing bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together.
2. In another mixing bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together.
3. Combine both mixtures, until moistened and then pour into muffin tins.
4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.0
