Workouts for a beginner

I have just begun my journey. I have tried MANY times. But, for some reason, this time, I am dedicated to the max. I have been on MFP for 25 days in a row (no small feat for me). I keep a diary and drink my water and I am working out at least 5-6 days per week. I have found a few websites that have free workouts and I really like "grokker" and a guy named LeJon Guillroy. He has a heavy bag workout that is 33 minutes long and I can almost do it all the way through now, I couldn't when I began it. My question is....Should I do something different everyday or the same routine until I get it down? He has other workouts I can do so I am not opposed to changing it up. I am a totally newbie at exercise, I really don't care for it but, once I do it, I feel awesome. I appreciate any comments and help:)
